Each part covers work a company already does between people. The price is sent in writing. This page is not a rate card.
One card for an open task: its name, the person holding it, and the date it should close. It fits when the same task jumps between inboxes and loses its owner.
Included: the card, the statuses you choose, and a weekday view. Not included: rewriting your whole process or a chart of invented percentages.
The order a packet moves. A step waits for the person who must see it. If that person has not answered, the packet does not move on its own.
Included: the order and an email nudge. Not included: signing in your company’s name.
A named person accepts the close. The software can draft the note. It cannot mark the note accepted until that person does.
Included: the note and the name on it. Not included: a legal opinion or an automatic approval.
A short line on what changed, who changed it, and when. The next person can read it without searching an old thread.
