The website

It describes The Constructing software. A button or a form does not create a contract. Price, timing, and what is included are agreed in writing. This website does not take card numbers.

Use

Do not send information you have no right to send, and do not use the form to ask for a construction bid. The company name does not make this website a contractor.

Plans

Packet is $38 per month. Its first invoice is sent on day 12 unless you cancel in writing before that day. Route is $104 per month on the dates in its written note. Ledger is quoted. The software does not sign a close for you.

Ownership

The text and design of this website belong to Bailey Construction and Consulting, LLC. Software delivered under a plan follows that writing, not this page alone.

Responsibility

The pages are general information. We do not promise a business result, an uptime figure, or a saving. The packets drawn on the home page are an illustration, not a customer’s data.

Law

Arkansas law applies. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Pulaski County, Arkansas, except where a mandatory rule says otherwise.
